OASYX Secondary use GUIDELINES
double jump.tokyo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as " double jump.tokyo ", we“, “our” or “us“) establish the following guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") related to the use and creative activities of so-called NFTs (including 3D AVATAR MODEL) (hereinafter referred to as "NFTs"), digital content tokens, provided in the titled service (hereinafter referred to as " Services ") based on the OASYX Terms of Use. The Guidelines are based on the content of the OASYX Terms of Use and written as clearly as possible, and not a separate provision from the OASYX Terms of Use.
Attribution of rights
All copyrighted works such as images, designs, etc. that make up these NFTs, including some Collaboration NFTs (hereinafter referred to as "Collaboration NFTs") are belonged to double jump.tokyo or right holder (hereinafter referred to as "Right holder") who has legitimate authority for the copyrighted work and licensed to us. Holders of the NFTs are granted the right to use the NFTs within the scope specified in the OASYX Terms of Use and the Guidelines.
Available data
The following data (hereinafter referred to as “target data”) shall be subject to Guidelines.
- Images of the NFTs
- Data information of the NFTs
Secondary use
Users of the Services can use, store, refer to, and display (hereinafter referred to as "Secondary use") the target data related to the NFTs on the Internet as long as in accordance with the following Conditions of Use. [Secondary use example]
- Using as an icon image for external sites such as social networking services of your own NFTs or NFTs that you have been permitted to use.
- Uploading for the purpose of storing on online storage, and accessing and using the uploaded data of your own NFTs or NFTs that you have been permitted to use.
- Using 3D AVATAR MODEL for purpose as a preceding paragraph (1),(2).
Secondary creation
Users of the Services may engage in creative activities (hereinafter referred to as " Secondary creation") with using the target data both online and offline as long as they comply with the following Conditions of Use. In addition, holders of NFTs can give permission to use target data related to their own NFTs to those who implement Secondary creation. [Secondary creation example]
- Creating goods using your own NFTs or NFTs that you have been permitted to use.
- Develop applications and games using your own NFTs or NFTs that you have been permitted to use.
- Using 3D AVATAR MODEL for purpose as a preceding paragraph (1),(2).
Conditions of Use
Users of the Services shall comply with the Conditions of Use when performing Secondary use and Secondary creation.
- Do not engage in any activity that damages the dignity, honor, or image of our company, the Right holder, the Services, or the NFTs. due to contrary to public order and morals, or exceeding socially permissible limits.
- Do not directly access or link to the contents of the Services (calling images, etc. directly from the server of the Services).
- Do not impersonate our company, Right holders, or the Official Service. Do not engage in activities or statements that could be mistaken for Official.
- Do not use original content or Secondary creations to disseminate personal thoughts.
- Do not use for religious activities, political activities, or anti-social activities.
- Do not engage in acts that lead to the slander of others.
- Do not engage in acts that are judged to be extremely unsuitable to social conventions, such as excessive sexual expressions or content that slanders specific individuals, groups, races, etc.
- Secondary creations shall be made within the scope stipulated in the Guidelines, regardless of whether they are for non-commercial or commercial purposes.
- Distribution of Secondary creations for commercial use purposes is free as long as the logo data of our company or Right holders are deleted and used on the Oasys chain. However, for some Collaboration NFTs (“VF AU”), distributing Secondary works for any commercial use is prohibited.
- Do not use with editing (deformation, rotation, adding special effects, etc.) the logo data of our company or Right holders also, do not use with removing some of the constituent elements of these logo data (the entire logo data is not limited to this).
- When using target data related to the NFTs held by a third party for Secondary use or Secondary creation, get permission from the holder in advance (if there are changes to the holder due to the transfer of the NFTs, required to get permission from the new holder). However, for some NFTs (“artist editions”) to which TOKEN ID 1-10 are assigned, Secondary use and Secondary creation can be performed without permission, regardless of whether you own them or not. In addition, if the new holder requests to stop using the target data, respond to the request.
- Do not collect or use the personal information of third parties
- If requested by us or Right holders to stop Secondary use or Secondary creation, or stop using Secondary creations, stop using without delay.
- When performing Secondary use and Secondary creation, please include the following rights notation on your website and metadata.

However, for non-commercial use such as Secondary use on personal SNS, writing of rights notation will be exempted.
Other acts that violate the provisions of these Guidelines and OASYX Terms of Use.
Responsibility
Users of the Services shall conduct Secondary use or Secondary creation at their own risk. double jump.tokyo and Right holders do not guarantee from any of the use of the target data based on these Guidelines, including whether the target data does not infringe the rights of third parties. In addition, users are responsible for resolving any problems arising from the use of the target data. double jump.tokyo and Right holders will not be held responsible for any damages or disputes with third parties that arise as a result of Secondary use or Secondary creation based on these Guidelines, and will not provide compensation.
Changes to the Guidelines
We may change the contents of the Guidelines without notice. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused by changes to the Guidelines.
